About Us

About W.I.T.T

As members of the Official Language Minority Community (OLMC), we recognize that English speakers in Quebec face unique challenges that require a tailored response

Powered by the African Canadian Development and Prevention Network (ACDPN) and the Community Health and Social Services Network (CHSSN), the West Island Think Tank (WITT) is an action-based group designed to bridge the gap in health and social services provided to the English-speaking community in the West Island.

The West Island Think Tank runs sessions to offer collaborative discussions between public and non-profit organizations who want to exchange ideas about how to solve the challenges faced by those that they serve. Our think tank sessions are fast-paced and objective driven and aim to identify common priorities and to generate actionable solutions. We identify opportunities for collaboration, share tools and expertise, to increase our capacity to tackle the disparity in access to services faced by Anglophones as linguistic minorities.
